LOT 293 – Vintage Chinese Brass Charcoal Hot Pot / Steamboat

A vintage Chinese solid brass charcoal hot pot, featuring engraved dragon and wave motifs, twin pierced ring handles, and a removable chimney insert with lid topped by a fish finial. Used for communal hot pot dining, this vessel retains a rich golden tone and natural aged patina with some surface oxidation inside. Complete with all parts as shown and measures approximately 25 cm high. A fine display or collectible example of mid-20th century Chinese tableware craftsmanship.
