Collectable Australian double LP set featuring David Williamson’s celebrated Australian play ‘The Club’. Released by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Festival Records, this special edition contains a full radio production of the play together with an interview with David Williamson. The set includes both original vinyl records, original sleeve, printed inserts and study material. Based around the politics, personalities and power struggles within an Australian Rules football club, The Club remains one of Australia’s most important and enduring theatrical works. Condition appears good overall with light storage and handling wear to the sleeve. Both records retain good visual gloss and are housed in protective inner sleeves. Vinyl has not been professionally graded or play tested. An excellent piece of Australian theatre, broadcasting and cultural history with strong appeal to collectors of Australian literature, ABC recordings and Williamson material.
