LOT053 The Doors – Strange Days LP (Gold Elektra Australian Pressing)

Original Australian pressing of The Doors’ landmark second studio album, Strange Days. Released on the desirable gold Elektra label, this classic 1967 recording features some of the band’s most enduring tracks including People Are Strange, Love Me Two Times, Strange Days, You’re Lost Little Girl and the epic When The Music’s Over. This copy originates from the 4CCR-FM radio archive and displays station markings, catalogue references and handwritten annotations to the sleeve. The cover shows noticeable wear, creasing, edge wear, writing and age-related handling marks consistent with former radio station use. The vinyl presents well visually for its age but has not been professionally play tested. A highly collectible Doors title and an excellent opportunity to secure an Australian gold-label Elektra pressing.
