LOT 062 Pair of Vintage Whisky Advertising Water Jugs – Vat 69 & Fine Old Islay Whisky

Collection of two vintage whisky advertising ceramic water jugs comprising a striking black Vat 69 Finest Scotch Whisky jug and a white Fine Old Islay Whisky commemorative water jug with gilt decoration. The Vat 69 example was manufactured by Wade Regicor England and features the iconic branding associated with one of Scotland’s most recognisable blended whiskies. The Fine Old Islay Whisky jug was produced by The Hill Church Potteries and forms part of ‘The Old Bottle Collection’, marked as Edition of 1,000 to the base. Both pieces represent classic whisky advertising and pub memorabilia, making them ideal additions to breweriana, whisky advertising, home bar or hospitality collections. The contrasting black and white presentation creates an attractive display pair. Presented in good vintage condition with minor age-related wear, light handling marks and storage wear consistent with previous use.
