This Issue 4 release celebrates the legendary 1970 Holden HT Monaro GTS 350 driven by Norm Beechey, the first Australian-built car to win the Australian Touring Car Championship. The cover includes a commemorative coloured 50 cent coin housed within the presentation cover, together with matching Australia Post stamp and special commemorative cancellation.
