Collection of two vintage ceramic whisky advertising water jugs comprising a Mackinlay’s Old Scotch Whisky example with red lettering, gilt trim and heraldic crest, together with an Edradour Distillery water jug promoting Scotland’s historic small-batch distillery established in 1825. Both pieces were produced by Wade PDM England and feature the distinctive square-bodied pub and bar service design popular throughout the latter half of the twentieth century. The Mackinlay’s jug displays attractive gold banding and traditional whisky branding, while the Edradour example features the distillery illustration and promotional text. Both remain highly decorative pieces suited to whisky collectors, pub memorabilia enthusiasts and home bar displays. Light age-related wear, handling marks and minor storage wear are present consistent with age and previous use. An appealing pair of vintage whisky advertising collectables.
